These brownies taste as delicious as they look, and a bonus, they're good for you! They can be whipped up quick and will impress anyone with a sweet tooth. When I made these brownies they were gone about 5 minutes after this photo was taken and my roommates have been asking about them ever since!

Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Brownies
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas
1 cup Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the agave, olive oil, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
3. Add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Whisk until all combined.
4. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan.
5. With a spoon, scoop dollops of peanut butter on top of the batter. Use the spoon to swirl the peanut butter throughout the batter.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
