Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Breakfast, Kinda...


Ever thought you'd be having pudding for breakfast? Well now you can with this healthy chocolate, chia pudding. Chia seeds are a powerhouse of protein that will give you energy to start your day and keep you full for hours. Some fresh sliced strawberries complement the chocolate perfectly and leave you with breakfast that tastes like dessert.


Chocolate Covered Strawberry Chia Pudding


Ingredients:

3/4 cup Cocoa Almond Milk

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I like Orgain)

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

4 Fresh Strawberries

Coconut Flakes


Directions:

1. Combine milk, chia seeds, protein powder, and vanilla extract in a small mason jar. Stir to combine.

2. Close jar and place in fridge overnight, or for at least 3 hours.

3. Remove jar from the fridge in the morning, top with sliced strawberries, and coconut flakes, and enjoy!
