A Snack of Endless Flavors

Everyone knows about popcorn, but usually we associate it with the movies and globs of artificially yellow butter. Popcorn can actually be an incredibly healthy snack! The best kitchen investment I've made is my air popper. This machine uses hot air to pop the kernels, keeping them healthy.

I top my air popped popcorn with olive oil to capitalize on the healthy fats. You can stick to the traditional salt or use some more fun varieties to spice up your life a little. Below are some of my favorite combinations!

Cinnamon Sugar Pop

This is a great option if you're in the mood for a sweet treat. It can be eaten for dessert or a sweet snack any time of day.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Olive Oil

Popcorn with a Kick

If you like things on the spicier side, this chili lime inspired popcorn is for you!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

2 tsp Lime Juice

Garlic Parmesan Popcorn

A healthier alternative to garlic bread, this popcorn is delicious and is an unlikely way to hit your Italian cravings.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Dried Parsley
